The AlpiNest opened its doors in November 2018.
Our friendly, relaxed atmosphere in modern, sustainably built holiday apartments sets us apart from the rest. Our guests should be allowed to enjoy a care-free holiday in Lungau.
Our hosts are all from the local area and can give you helpful tips that won’t be found in any tour guide book. We know where to find the best deep powder snow in winter, the best mountain bike trails in summer, the most rustic mountain huts and the best Lungauer Speck.
Our AlpiNest is located centrally in Lungau. In winter, the ski resorts Obertauern, Katschberg, Großeck/Speiereck, Aineck can be reached in 10-20 minutes. Fanningberg, our local mountain is just a stone’s throw away. In summer, hikers can choose from a variety of mountains and valleys. Our mountain panorama is beautiful and second to none.
Only 100m from AlpiNest is a bus stop with a regular daily bus service to and from the ski resorts
